I'm editing my review to add the staffers worked to address the issues after I brought them to their attention, and I really appreciate that. I had past experiences in which nothing was done to make things right. So that differentiates Alvernon from other businesses.

The optometrist I visited, Sharon Peterson, was great, but other staff need to work on better communicating with customers.
I was told my glasses would take 2 weeks, yet I didn't hear from staff. I called after 3 weeks and discovered my glasses were apparently there and ready for pickup.

I paid a lot for my glasses and only had them for about # weeks. Were supposed to have scratch protection but they got some bad scratches. I was thinking I was going to have a hard time, but they took care of, new lenes, I was pleased because it was at their expense. Very nice young lady took care of the entire deal. I'm pleased
They have always delivered outstanding personal customer service, and recently, Dr.Lewis found a contact lens that has me back in contacts for the first time in a decade. It’s been a game changer.
