it is a small studio with many safety features during this covid time. the teacher offers lots of variety so I never get tired doing the same thing. modifications are given for me and others that are not as flexible as some. different levels of classes for all people. definitely get a workout every time I go. helps me stay motivated
I was welcomed warmly. I’m traveling and singed up for a few classes. Kindra and Hailey have welcomed me with warmth and kindness. The studio is well equipped and very clean. I would highly recommend the services at this studio.
