Mike “Alexander” was very prompt in his reply to my inquiry of service needed - this was a huge plus to start with as most other places don’t call you back in a reasonable period of time. Mike was very professional, answered my questions concerning type of service, wax/protectant being used. Mike was in communication with me the day of my detail work and notified me of a cancellation to get my vehicle in sooner than expected. Upon arrival, Mike immediately started to work. I wish I'd taken "before" pictures of my car. I purchased a new vehicle that had what appeared on first glance to just be water spots in paint. Turns out it was likely soapy water that was sprayed on and left to sit. No amount of hand buffing or spot removers was touching it. A few hours with Michael and the car looks the way it was supposed to at delivery. Awesome work, great pricing, terrific guy.
