I am absolutely blown away by the quality of Alexander Detail, LLC. My black 2008 Infinity G37 was recently repainted and the result was not good—heavy swirl marks and cracks over the entire finish. Since black is so unforgiving, I honestly didn’t think it could be fixed. Michael worked his magic over two visits and the swirls and cracks disappeared. His level of skill and attention to detail is unreal. The car looks better than it has in years, and the finish is smooth, glossy, and mirror-like. You can literally see your reflection in the paint.

Mike “Alexander” was very prompt in his reply to my inquiry of service needed - this was a huge plus to start with as most other places don’t call you back in a reasonable period of time. Mike was very professional, answered my questions concerning type of service, wax/protectant being used. Mike was in communication with me the day of my detail work and notified me of a cancellation to get my vehicle in sooner than expected. Upon arrival, Mike immediately started to work.
