Last summer Alan Bradley Roofing completely re-roofed my 50 year old house which has about 6000 sq feet of built-up roof. Since I moved in 20 years ago this roof always had problems: ponding, leaks, you name it. So many problems that I acquired my own roofing torch and was doing repairs every year. A complete tear-off and re-roof is not a fun process but they took care of it in fairly short order. There were some problems along the way but they made right on everything and I haven't had a leak or ponding since.
