800 North Swan Road ste 116, Tucson“The first time I saw Sayo, I was tense and a little nervous about the acupuncture process. I was also a little desperate to solve some long-standing issues that medication and my PCP weren't addressing. From the moment I walked into her office, I felt an immense calm. This was the first time a health care practitioner had truly attuned to me and my body. Sayo is kind and intelligent, and a great listener. She listens with her ears, mind, heart, and hands. She senses where the body is in pain, and helps you articulate your feelings-- so that you yourself are more aware of what's going on. And then, she treats you with that heightened awareness in the room. The last time I went, I felt during the peaceful resting process as if I were as a light as a feather. I'm a forty-year old working mom, and that sensation is not a part of my usual experience. Sayo also invites questions about acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine, and follows up generously when she's able. She is a wonder-- I recommend her to anyone lucky enough to live in the vicinity.“

7130 N Omar Dr, Tucson“At the end of July, I had a serious fall, and no matter what I tried, my back just wouldn’t heal. I was discouraged and in pain when I came to see Juan. From the very first treatment, I knew I was in the right hands. After only three sessions, not only is my back finally improving, but my whole perspective on acupuncture has changed.
I also suffer from peripheral neuropathy, and after just two treatments, I began to feel sensation in my feet again—something I honestly didn’t think was possible. To me, that feels like a true miracle. On top of that, Juan is now helping me manage my RA, and for the first time in a long time, I feel hopeful about my health.
And it’s not just the treatments. Sherry brings such warmth and light to the space—she’s a beautiful soul who makes you feel genuinely cared for the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is calm, comforting, and healing in itself.
I can’t wait for each appointment, because I leave feeling better in my body, my spirit, and my outlook on life!!“

When I came in with pneumonia, I received cupping and accupuncture , I felt heat in my lungs and suddenly could breathe more clearly. My migraines are greatly improved as well. I also did the healing hypnosis and it was an incredible experience. I highly recommend Lightworks for Accupuncture and Quantum Healing Hypnosis.“

I’ve also taken my 15 year old daughter to him and he helped her with thyroid issues and saved her from not having to take medication. I’ve been seeing him also for certain things. Every time I leave his office I feel different. He’s a great guy and always has a joke for you after the appointment. I really appreciate him and his staff. Love you guys.“

3958 E Fort Lowell Rd, Tucson“**UPDATE****************** I'd like to add that just after 3 treatments, I now have regular menstrual cycles! This may be TMI but it is literally the first time in 15 years that I have had 2 consecutive natural "normal" periods (I have had to take progesterone in the past to induce it). I hope this continues and I will have another one next month. I also have not had any migranes since seeing her. ************************ I've been searching for the right acupuncturist for me for several months. I went to multiple well-advertised places in the Tucson area and was never fully satisfied... However after going to Nobi one time, I decided that I will only go see her from now on. She is the one for me! What I've found with the other acupuncturists in Tucson is that their treatments are really westernized, simplified and super mild. They generally only use a 3-5 needles per session and only work on one side of the body. You basically just lay there for 40 minutes and then you go home. Growing up in Japan and living in Hawaii for most of my adult life, this was not what I was used to, and always left dissatisfied. However, not sure if it's because she is Japanese, but Nobi works on both the back and front of the body with A LOT of needles and finishes each side with a light shiatsu massage after removal of the needles. She inserts the needles to a point where you feel the "electric shock" as I like to call it, where it is slightly uncomfortable but then transitions you into a deep relaxing state once your body starts reacting to the needles. Here is basically why I like her best: - No weak sauce acupuncture. You feel it going in, and then you enter a deep relaxation state. - No beads! I was so shocked when I got beads instead of needles at another acupuncturist. You can buy beads online without a license. Again, many places around town are too westernized. Not Nobi! - like I said, she works on both the back and front. 20 minutes on the back, 20 minutes on the front. I love the short but good massage. - relaxed and improved pulse. I noticed an improvement in my pulse right after the treatment. I also caught myself snoring during both front and back sessions. I haven't achieved this level of relaxation anywhere else. - I grew up in Japan and her style was similar to what I am used to. She also has a huge collection of Chinese herbs. Don't have experience with that yet but its pretty hard core. She doesn't have all the herbal teas and friendly receptionists that other places have, but if you're looking for a more authentic acupuncture treatment I highly recommend coming here. If you're into the more westernized milder treatments then check out the other places.“
“Dr. Patricia was so easy to talk to and is a genuinely lovely and deeply intuitive person. Through my work with her I have been able to remember my purpose.“

1601 North Tucson Boulevard STE 38, Tucson“It’s a great pleasure in life to encounter someone who loves what they do for a living, shares that love with others, and also happens to be damn good at it. Jamie’s work is an asset to the community. I brought her a pile of half-thought thoughts on what might be causing me pain. She did what many medical professionals didn’t do; she listened carefully, advised thoughtfully, found the root cause of the pain, and made it go away naturally. I highly recommend Jamie’s ability to help with whatever needs healing.“

1927 E Grant Rd, Tucson“I have tried several accupuncture places. I found 2 that helped me,and I alternate between them. The Accupuncturist here is more available emotionally and I like that. The other Accupuncturist is concerned but is there to get the job done. So far I am able to alternate weeks and that works for me. So, lay back and enjoy. Michelle's kindness and excellent skills.“

6737 E Camino Principal suite c, Tucson“This review is for my 11 year old son Ryan. We came to see Dr Flagler about a year ago for my son’s behavioral issues. He would get violent, throw fits and would drive us and his teachers crazy. His school wanted him out or on ADHD medication. I chose Homeopathy instead and I’m so glad I did. In a little under a year we saw Ryan transform into a smart, caring and well behaved child. His athletes foot that nothing could touch vanished. His mood improved. His focus and grades improved. It’s a 180 difference. Thank you again Dr F!“

3350 N Country Club Rd, Tucson“After several surgeries and marked depression over the past year, I was finally able to go to this marvelous place. The Flow location is gorgeous... a cathedral for healing and positivity. Jenny is great. Our massage therapist, Elwen, is fantastic -- a kind, wonderful person indeed. His massage is confident, knowledgeable, and strong, yet gentle -- with work where needed. I felt relief in several pain spots as well as a longlasting euphoria. Give yourself and loved ones this experience of joy. THANK YOU.“

“I saw Dr. Moroso yesterday at her new office on 4th Street in South Tucson. I hadn't seen her for many years because of COVID-19. But true to form, she is as good as she was in 2014 when I was weaning off of a Fentyl patch used for ten-plus years of chronic pain. This week, I saw her for other reasons, as my PCP had sold his practice. I was told he would return in September, but now I was told he was not returning. Her new offices would typically be out of my driving range, but I noticed she was close to where I was staying in South Tucson. Dr. Moroso was great. She listened to me and heard my angst. She made meaningful suggestions, gave me a referral, and gave me a sample of Hops oil for my skin. She is like a master chef using nature to remedy modern miseries. Her offices are the best version of St. Marks Street in NYC East Village circa 1968. The artwork is hung on the walls and on the walls, which is extraordinary. They are not all to my liking, but each evokes different emotions, as real art does.“
“25 years ago, after a bad fall I limped into his office with a knee the size of a cantaloupe. I walked out with a knee already returning to a more comfortable size and condition! Last year he prescribed herbs that made a real difference in treating a serious Covid-induced lung issue. Don is one of the most insightful and effective Chinese medicine practitioners I’ve been treated by in the last 30 years. We are lucky to have him in Tucson.“

“Dr. Cook used the Graston technique on my leg and changed my life. I’m 2009 I broke my ankle badly falling from a tree and in 2023 I finally found a treatment that significantly reduces the pain in my ankle that typically occurs after strenuous activity. Somehow, the Graston method of gently scraping at the soft tissue was the key to feeling better- and I could barely believe the improvement after only 3 treatments. Dr. Cook is also very pleasant to chat with during our short sessions and made me feel very comfortable in her office. Thank you!“
