Dr. Surya has a kind and empathic demeanor. He takes time to really listen to concerns and frequently utilizes a holistic approach when considering treatment options. He’s got a good sense of humor and he explains concepts such as the mechanisms of action of medication in ways that are not overwhelming. It’s a rare thing these days to have a full 45-50 minutes with a medication prescriber and that time is spent discussing many factors potentially impacting my well-being and the efficacy of my medications. I recommend Dr. Surya as a psychiatric prescriber.
