Our hoa had a backflow valve that started to leak badly. I called Karen and even though it was Sunday evening at 6:00 pm she came from the north end of Tucson to us in Green Valley. She was able to rebuild and test the valve right then with parts she had with her. Usually for a job like that it would require a trip to get parts.
Karen was very experienced and professional. Would recommend her to anyone.

Karen is an amazing business woman, who is passionate about her business. Being a woman in her position to get what she deserves for her services is difficult, it may seem she is being unreasonable at first but she explains herself. Both parties need to listen to each other.
