I have used Acacia Pet Hospital for years. The vets are well qualified and compassionate and the support staff is great. I wish the office was on my side of town, but I will make the long drive to get my cats the excellent care Acacia provides.

I have been bringing my dogs for the past 10 years and have been receiving the same great service. The professionals there really like what they do and were amazing when my dog went through an emergency and I was very close to them. Gave the first support and I was able to save my dog. I recommend them to anyone.

I have been taking my 2 cats here since 2021 for check ups. I started going to the humane society for shots and yearly exams a few years back but would go to acacia if I needed. This time around I had done 3 year vaccines for both cats so they only needed a yearly check up. I was met on the phone with a very disrespectful tone where it was implied that my cat was being neglected. I was asked for my drivers license, expiration date and additional details in case “they had to take” my cat away. It was such a rude and disrespectful interaction. I was not let to really talk and explain that my cats go for shots at a lower cost clinic and I have all their paper work and pet insurance.
This is really unfortunate as I know the Vets at Acacia are really great, but i will not tolerate assumptions, disrespect and implied animal abuse when I go above and beyond for my two cats like any other cat/pet owner would do.
I was slightly afraid of posting this since I gave them all my information but I know my cats are healthy and well taken care of and I’m able to prove it.

I’ve been going here for 5 years, I adopted my rescue through references and they were great for a couple of years. My dog has valley fever and every time I go in it’s more expensive, blood work and urine check $437, 🤷🏽♀️

Our last visit was great. My girl is anxious and the staff takes extra care to ensure she is comfortable. She had blood drawn, ear hair removed, shots some routine testing and her anal glands expressed. We paid over $600 the staff called me back to let me know that I was charged for a service that wasn't performed and they credited my account. I appreciate being able to schedule within a relatively short time frame, the honesty and hospitality we receive by reception staff. The care and compassion that Acacia Animal Hospitals clinical staff shows my little girl. We are grateful to be part of the Acacia community for 4yrs now. The only thing I would say would make our experience better is if they accepted direct pay from insurance company. Other than that the team is highly qualified and amazing with our fur babies.
