I used abacus for an emergency plumbing leak I had in my house back in 2022. They did an an amazing job! Responded quickly and gave me a fair and accurate price for the work. Fast forward 3 years and today I needed that original receipt for the work for insurance. I couldn’t find my copy anywhere. We called abacus in hopes they could help and got bob on the phone. He listened to our concern and what was going on with great patience and can do attitude. He said he would have his people look for the receipt for us and a few hours later they had it in my email. From calling Bob in the office to Ty and Matteo coming to do the work, this experience has been superb. They did a terrific job, came within days of my call, and the price was fair. Communication with the company was excellent. I 100% recommend.
