I cannot say enough positive things about this business. They went above and beyond to work with me, highly professional and efficient. They also did a beautiful job with cleanup after the job was done. I was blown away. They kept me apprised at every turn- videos, explanations, answered all of my questions. At no point did I feel like I didn’t know what was going on. Jake himself answers the phone every time you call or text. What could have turned into a disaster, they turned into a perfect fix. I posted on Facebook looking for someone to replace my water heater Sunday night and Jake responded and was able to get us squeezed in Monday morning to come take a look and get us a quote. The pricing was very reasonable, and the service was phenomenal. By 11am on Tuesday Jake had a new water heater installed for us and everything up and running smoothly. Thank you again!

Jake & his crew are amazing & I recommend them for ALL of your plumbing needs! Hands down, this was the BEST experience I’ve ever had working with a contractor!!!
We needed several plumbing issues fixed, including having a shower, torn out and replaced. After being disappointed by another plumber who couldn’t do the work, I was referred to Hydro Rooter & Plumbing by a friend who worked with them last year & was VERY HAPPY with their work.
