3-Strand Construction and Design recently completed a deck renovation at 6730 N. Columbus. New deck stairs were designed and installed and the deck was stained. Thanks to the research 3-Strand provided and the final preparations our deck has never looked better.Since the re-design for the stairs, deck sanding, and stain application in April, neither sun nor rain has penetrated the new treatment--a noticeable improvement. What a difference. Now, when we have breakfast on the deck we admire the new look instead of wondering how we can prevent any obvious deterioration from getting worse.The new stairs and timber oil treatment have made a big difference.Service: Deck construction
3-Strand "redid" both of our bathrooms, our kitchen as well as laying tile and repainting several rooms. 3-Strand is absolutely the best construction company I have ever worked with. From the very start of the remodeling process they listened very carefully to our ideas of what we wanted to accomplish. They then suggested many-many ideas regarding hardware and rebuilding techniques that were enormously useful and really quite innovative. Their attention to detail and workmanship were absolutely first-class. We have been 100%+ satisfied with the finished job. I would recommend 3-Strand to anyone without reservation.
We had some structural repair and electrical work that needed to be taken care of in a timely manner.. 3 Strand Construction did a fantastic job of accessing the situation, planning their time, and communicating with us on the individual projects. We had a very positive experience throughout the process and will use their services in the future.
