As someone who has spent 39 years in retail leadership and who now co-owns two businesses built around delivering an exceptional client experience, I have very high expectations when it comes to customer service. Josh, my Service Advisor, is fantastic. He is knowledgeable, responsive, and consistently provides outstanding service every time I bring my vehicle in. Florentina has also been wonderful with her follow-up and customer care, always making me feel valued and ensuring every detail is taken care of.

Throughout the transaction, he demonstrated integrity by honoring his commitments and doing exactly what he said he would do. Tino and his assistant Alaina are amazing at what they do. I would recommend him highly to anyone. He made the process very easy and his assistant was also extremely helpful. I received updates in a timely manner and I got the car I have always wanted, and it is absolutely beautiful!This is my second Mercedes and highly recommend Mercedes to anyone.
