One of the owners reached out after my original review and made the situation right. I appreciate that they took the issue seriously and followed through on a resolution.
The dent repair itself came out very well, and the technician was polite. There were some follow-up issues with the badge placement and swirl marks/hazing on the deck lid, but the company ultimately stepped in and resolved the matter professionally. I appreciate the owner’s response and willingness to make it right.
Jason came out to fix a parking lot scrape and loose trim on my i4. It's a lease so needed the repair to look flawless. In just a few hours everything came out PERFECT. Jason is a master at his work. The clear coat finish is smooth and the metallic paint blend is spot on. Plus you get a 3 year warranty. If you can avoid insurance and a body shop, do it. Very highly recommended!
Quick, painless and reliable priced and the fact that they come to you makes it even better. My tech Keith was both professional and friendly. I came back home from a meeting to find a new car sitting in the garage. Thanks Keith!
