I had an amazing experience with one of the makeup artists on the floor. Her name is Trinity. She was such a gem. She made me feel welcomed, her recommendations were on point, and most of all… she was patient with me. Now I feel comfortable and fabulous in my daily makeup routine. Kudos to her!
I went into Ulta Beauty on Thursday and was immediately greeted with a big smile by Makenna. I went about my shopping and made it up to the register where she checked me out and she was so positive and friendly. A 10/10 employee and Ulta is very lucky to have her :)
