Overall, a good experience. I needed some equipment (tables and chairs) last minute and they were able to make the reservation and payment process easy with their website. The tables and chairs I ordered were delivered as promised and were clean and in good condition upon arrival.
The only area I wish they would improve is their communication of times for delivery and pickup. I was not contacted nor made aware of the time my equipment was going to be dropped off or picked up until it was actually done so I was unable to be prepared for this. Luckily, the equipment was delivered in time for my party and I had packed everything up in time for them to pick it up, but more communication around this would have been very helpful.

There were hidden fees and when I called to question what the extra costs was about, they never got back to me. Later I found out that the extra fee was for delivery., which was not quoted in my original reservation. The delivery was on time though.
