I got butterfly locs done by swanny for $500 and they were already falling out the next day. I went to get it touched up twice within the first week! I ended up taking it all out after a week because it was so bad.. I’m very disappointed on the outcome and I won’t be ever getting my hair done here again. Don’t come here if you want your hair to fall out the next day. I would give a no star rating if I could.

I got my hair done today. It looked nice and was done good. However, within an hour the braids started falling out. I was okay with the one in back because the other hair covered it. But then the sides and front started to fall out as well. Due this I had to take the rest out because it was just patches of hair sticking out. I tried sending her a picture of the hair and of my hair and no response. Honestly disappointed especially since I paid so much. The fact that I could easily pull it out with problems speaks volumes too because I have had my hair braided several times and it shouldn’t come out or fall out that easily within an hour. Will find somewhere else to go from now on.Services: Hairstyling

IDK WHERE TO EVEN START. This is the most disgusting salon in Arizona. I’ve never seen anything like it. The owner is a lunatic. Prices are ridiculous and the work is trash. I asked for sm knotless and got jumbo. Paid over $400 to listen at this lady talk about her dysfunctional life. The whole experience was just horrible. I WILL NEVER visit this salon again or even think to send anyone.Services: Hairstyling

I have been going to Swanny now for 4 years. She has been nothing short of welcoming, professional, caring and provides a great experience. It’s sad to see these trolls who can’t even spell her name out here leaving bad reviews. Those are the worst kind of people. If you are looking for someone who can slay your hair and keep you looking good, Swanny is the best!!
