it’s been 35 days since i moved out and haven’t gotten security deposit back. we’ve left messages with multiple people and sent emails and nobody will reply.finally just got a hold of Sondra, and she cursed me out and hung up on me. really classy. this is the worst company ever do not move in here, you will regret it.

My daughter and I like Tempe Park Place although it's our first year.I would give 5 stars to the management and office staff.1) Both Stephanie and Quan are friendly and professional. They answer calls and questions. They handle matters step by step and efficiently. We felt comfortable when we moved in.2) Several times, I saw Stephanie and Quan walking around the property to make sure the areas were managed well and cleaned. They always have improvement projects going on.3) The office opens 9-6 Monday to Friday. If I could, I most defiantly would rate these apartments as negative!DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!I moved into these apartments in Oct 2021, the office manager Breanna (at the time) was so helpful she actually did her job correctly, after a few months she quit( she was the only person that was consistently working in the office) and I don't blame her. The new manager Stephine is.......Lazy and in my opinion very incompetent in doing her job!!
