I have been here 2 years. I am in a wheelchair and never thought I was being discriminated against. I had a neighbor who continually told me how bad management was. I have never had a problem. The manager, Stephanie, has always been responsive to my needs and concerns. If I need anything for maintenance, they are there in 1 or 2 days. They made a couple of accomodations in my bathroom and they lowered the thermostat so I could reach it (ADA requirement). I have a stackable washer/dryer. I can't reach the link trap because it's in the back of the dryer. All I have to do is put in a maintenance request and usually the same day they come and clean it for me. The new manager doesn’t like to Look and do her job! I have been on the waitlist for a 4 bedroom for 7yrs! I had proof that I was number 6 and then the new manager came and her list mysteriously had me at number 26! I showed her proof she never fixed it! I’ve seen 3- 4 bedroom come for rent and she only wants Housing vouchers! I’m still waiting, she won’t respond to my emails either! HORRIBLE MANAGER!
Management is very judgmental and play a major part in racial favoritism. As well if you have any form of disability, whether it be mentally or physically they don’t want you there. They sick their attorneys on the residents and try and get them kicked out. A friend of mine lives here and they won’t stop harassing said friend. Said friend doesn’t cause any issues and stays to themselves. But management won’t leave said friend alone. Said friend is a good person. They need to leave said friend alone and focus on people who cause problems. Not people who are attending to their own business. I’ve said what I’ve said.
