Communication from the Office staff is a joke you either aren’t informed until after the fact or they don’t at all. Laundry mats are always increasing in price but can’t unkept the mats usually the machines burn your clothes,stink up your clothing,Or just don’t work at all. My ac Is on and has been on all day it’s set to be at 74* and somehow my apartment is 92 degrees called office where I bet they aren’t sitting in 92 degrees and said she had been aware of the issue just didn’t wanna panic anyone? I have lived here since 9/2023 and currently awaiting my lease to end so I can run veryyyy far from this place. The electricity being included in the rent is not all it is cracked up to be when it never works.
1st ~ Management changes way to often for comfort. However, if that is what business calls for so be it. But the management now are the worse. They do not answer the phone especially when there's a community wide issue i.e. air or heating issue.
2nd ~ The laundry room by building P (as I cant speak for any of the other laundry rooms) has constant issues with drug addicts doing drugs and sleeping in the laundry room. I have personally added a note on the door...read full review

Horrible, if you have any choice whatsoever, choose elsewhere. The management couldn't care less. I cannot wait until my lease is up and currently seeking legal help for various reasons. If you're unfortunate enough to be stuck here, don't expect peace or peace of mind. And, new update, the management has sent me a threat to stop contacting them for assistance, smh, 2k a month to be disrespected, unsafe, and totally unsatisfied. The management keeps deleting pictures you shouldn't see because they want to you to pay blindly...
