I've been going here to address my medical needs over the last year. The front staff for the entrance and primary care services have been professional and friendly in my experience. I've had the pleasure to be helped by David Eisenbise FNP, who has been attentive, warm, and non-judgemental in the several visits I've had with him. Overall visit was great, professional, and fast at ASU West. However, after 3 visits front desk said my insurance was contracted. Turns out it is NOT and now I have 3 bills to pay out of pocket! Just make sure your insurance is contracted with the provider for future visits!

The staff at the Tempe location are so kind and understanding. I have anxiety about my health and this is my favorite place to get tested/labs done. They always make me feel comfortable
