I've been going to SOY (and formerly SWIHA) for yoga classes, and previously teacher training, for 18 years. This is my utmost favorite yoga studio, and school, anywhere. Juli is the most inspiring, incredible, dedicated, unbelievably amazing yoga teacher. I look forward to her class every week. Beyond that, there is a true sense of community here. The people, the kindness, the spirit of welcomeness. I've been to many yoga studios in my life; this one is the best, hands down.

I love Spirit of Yoga! I've gotten yoga therapy and have done yoga nidra classes and have always found it to be a very healing atmosphere with great people. It's a very safe place for relaxing and healing.

Yoga has never resonated with me until I found this place. I’ve been absolutely addicted. I’m plus size and was really nervous, but I’ve done 5 different classes with 5 different instructors and every one of them has been so welcoming and accommodating. You see people of all ages and body types at the studio. I leave feeling so relaxed and strong. Cannot recommend enough for folks looking for accessible, affordable, healing yoga 💗 will ride or die for Spirit of Yoga
