This is my favorite aesthetics school. Great service and very reasonable prices. And they have specials every month. They also sell product and have a laser school.

They always do an amazing job! Very friendly.

Long time SWINA client and would recommend it to absolutely everyone. SWINA is my go-to for facials (and occasional other spa treatments), and has been since 2008. It's a win-win in that you get a great facial at an excellent price, and the students get to learn hands on, with teacher guidance. You truly cannot beat their prices, with their top notch products, and the in-depth knowledge that's being passed down. I've learned a ton as a client, myself. My entire skin care routine was learned here and it's what's kept my skin looking great. Go here!!

I have been a client at SWINA for about 20 years…almost since it was first founded. Over the years, I have grown to love it more & more. The front desk staff are superlative: friendly, engaging, always professional and always helpful! They take the time to explain costs, differences in the various services, and to book appropriate appointments. The Instructors are equally engaging, and in addition, are knowledgeable and well informed about services and latest “trends” of aesthetics & beauty. As an African American woman, now in her 70’s, I can rely on them to understand and intelligently discuss/explain the benefits of particular treatments and how my skin may respond to them. Although the Instructors do come and go, overall, they have been well informed of both products and techniques; and are supportive of students and clients alike. I appreciate the time that they take to answer both students’ and clients’ questions, and, to further offer suggestions and recommendations.

I have received services and care from students at various points in their studies and thus with varying degrees of skills, expertise, and passion. Lately though, I’ve noticed that the students that I have encountered are increasingly more enthusiastic and engaging and knowledgeable. They seem to be more “professionally” mature.

….and, you can’t beat the prices and specials!!! I LOVE SWINA (& the sister school SWIHA, which is just a short walk across the driveway). I always buy enough of their offered monthly or November specials to share with friends and out of town guests!

I love my Aesthetics School SWINA (SouthwestInstituteofNaturalAesthetics)! 💖 It was such a new great experience throughout my program there. I am happy I went to this school and experienced a new way of teaching in the beauty industry. I knew that I would enjoy the spiritual, nautral, and holistic aspects, and I did. I also experienced the business, independent, and keeping up with society in social media, being seen, and business guidance with my aesthetic career and growth. I would recommend it for anyone! ✨️

As a client you can experience average to great service here. As a student the school is own and ran by someone who doesn't care much for students its all about money for her. As long as the school get good praise ans students keeps coming back. Most of the good reviews is base on one or two instructors never the full experience and also because students are scared to leave bad reviews for several reasons. So to any future students RUN !!!!

I really like Swina so much and the students are great ....very talented estheticians entering the work force but my one gripe was a having a student with fake nails do my facial felt very uncomfortable in the future I would rather natural nails because it felt their nails more than anything on my face and it was uncomfortable.

SWINA overall is a great school, to attend . I will say I started during a time where staff was transitioning and I think that’s why it was a bit rocky at first but after we made our concerns known to staff and administration, they did whatever they could to accommodate for us and give us the experience that we were looking to have when paying a huge chunk for an education. Every school has its up and downs and no school is perfect because people aren’t perfect and I would say that every experience is different for each person. In the end my experience was great and I learned as much as I could from instructors and others around me but also picking other estheticians’ brains. I got a lot of clinical (hands on ) experience which I think Is very important for any careeer field, especially those working directly with people and servicing them in hands on services. I met and connected with alot of great people at SWINA and it will always be not only an experience but a Great memory in my journey. A huge accomplishment in my life and for my family’s future. Thank you SWINA for all the help and support in my journey!

I loved my experience with SWINA. My only issue is that with the amount of money this school makes, there is no excise to not have a better system in place. We should be able to get the curriculum, click in and out within the Orbund system. I believe I had to wait to be done two weeks after due to the logging in and keeping track on my own rather than the system.
I truly love the ladies there! Pam, Jennifer, Alison, Carrie, and Leslie, Rachel, Isaac and all the crew made my experience amazing!! I love Swina just want them to be more current in technology.
