Cole was on time, incredibly polite, and 100% professional while he serviced our AC units. Cole pointed out areas that would likely need future maintenance based on fact, not as an upsell. This is why I continue to use Scottsdale Air. He took the time to actually troubleshoot a couple of minor complaints about hot rooms and determined what was causing them. Despite a tight schedule, he spent all of the time necessary to manage our home. Thank you!

Thomas with Scottsdale Air was excellent. He was the on call tech and after a misunderstanding with my regular appointment he came right out at 730pm! I watched him work as I wanted to learn more about my unit and he was very helpful explaining everything. I'm new to this company and so far I've been really pleased and impressed.

Scottsdale Air called and got me on the schedule for my routine tune up that I had signed up for. Jerry Braaten was very efficient and did not waste anytime getting to the tune up, super friendly and very professional. Highly recommend this company, they have been very honest and straight forward with me throughout all my AC issues. Zero complaints, I wished I remembered the tech that had helped out and cleaned the inside house filters when I was gone. They go above and beyond.
