Thank you Cole for your time and patience with us. We noticed an issue with our front bathroom around 5 am this morning. My husband gave Roto-Rooter a call around 5:30. The receptionist informed us that a technician would be out between 8 and 9 in the morning. We received a courtesy call around 7:30 am informing us that a technician would be in our area in 25/30 minutes. A few minutes before 8 am, Cole arrived. We told him about our situation and he got right to work. He even found our main line where our toilets dump, something that we were unable to discover when we had another company out almost a year ago. Cole was amazing and super helpful. Cole the technician did a great job. It’s good that they offer a same day service. I’ve called Roto-rooter a few times in the past and always with positive results. I was advised up front of the price increases, so no surprise here, but their services are definitely on the pricey side.
From the first phone call to the actual interaction with the technician (Diego), our experience was very positive. Diego was friendly, honest, and very informative. We had a drain clog and it was taken care of within 2 hours of our phone call (with a very lovely woman). We did decline the extremely expensive repair for a belly (unrelated to the clog but still a concern for the future) provided by a follow up person.
