Platinum Pool Care recently did a major pool renovation for us, including pool and deck resurfacing and a new water feature.
From the initial discovery visit with Cody, thru the multi-stage implementation, we were very impressed with the professionalism and attention to details from the team.
Norman did a great job managing the overall job process and the multiple teams doing various aspects of the project. He was very attentive and responsive during the entire process and very easy to work with.
Most importantly, the work was completed on time and completely met, if not exceeded our expectations.
Shoutout to Cody and Dylan and the rest of the crew who worked on resurfacing our pool and deck. We are content with the professionalism, speed and quality of the job. The communication is also top notch. We will be referring them to friends and family, as well.
I can’t say enough about what a fantastic job Platinum Pool Care did on resurfacing my pool, putting in new drain covers, LED light, cleaning the tile and putting in a new GFI box. Cody was amazing in explaining the entire process and the individual cost of everything. Everyone was very honest and they never tried to pressure me into buying anything extra. Thank you to Norman, the project manager, who always answered my phone calls and was on top of all the scheduling and letting me know when workers would arrive.
Cory did a great job on the tile cleaning. Dylan was fantastic on installing the light and GFI. The crew who did the resurfacing of the pool were outstanding....read full review
