These guys come out pretty often just to keep things nice and clean. I just had Drew come out and in the middle of the day heat, he cleaned our filters. Very nice guys and I usually don’t even notice them working.
Had Platinum refinish inside of pool with pebbletec and new tile. Did an outstanding job.
We also have weekly service for a salt water pool and our Tec, Jordan is competent, thorough and friendly.
I hired Platinum Pool Care to resurface my existing Cool Deck and acid wash + chem-start my pool. Ask for DREW! Drew did a phenomenal job. My cool decking looks brand new! He was informative and friendly from the start and took such extreme care of my turf and other surrounding surfaces! He worked with incredible attention to detail and the job shows it!
