What amazing service by Alex! Had two pool companies and neither told me of the issues until I discovered them. Called Pool Shop Service & Repair and they fixed everything in less than 90 minutes. Thank you for the great customer service. You made my life so much easier!!
I highly recommend this pool shop for so many reasons, including their very reasonable prices! Rebecca (one of the owners) is outstanding—she really knows her stuff, will educate you without making you feel stupid, and always makes you feel like you are getting the exact same service they would give to their own family.
Chris (the other owner) typically handles our service, and Dominic is just the most delightful person at the shop. No matter what is going on, his attitude is amazing, and he always takes care of things. They genuinely look out for you here!
We are upset with our pool service company and end up firing them. Then we found Pool shop, the owner are super knowledgeable and kind, they told us what needs to be done and not oversell stuff not needed. We are super happy we found them.
