texted to make an appoint, quick and easy communication. went to my appointment, place is clean and smells good, the room i was in was setup nice the table was comfortable. Ada was personable and knew a lot about what ails a person and how to remedy that. Was consistent with the pressure, checked on me enough times to make sure i was comfortable but not too much to be annoying. I nodded off a couple of times during the 90 minute massage. When she was finished I actually felt better than when I showed up, i think i walked out standing up straighter than when i came in. I had shoulder pain and tightness for a long time, and after my visit here I felt a huge difference right away. Ada was very professional, patient, and really knew what they were doing. She used skilled treatment that helped release the tension and reduced the pain significantly. I walked out feeling relaxed, lighter, and so much better. Highly recommend if you have shoulder or neck
