Dr.Garrett is by far the best chiropractor in the valley of the sun. I was in an automobile accident and the wonders Dr. Garrett and his team has done for me are absolutely amazing!!! Thank you again to the best team at the Optimal Health Center!!!!

These guys are awesome! I've been coming here for their chiropractic services for about a year now and I love it. I get a weekly adjustment and a medical massage from their massage therapists.

Dr. Garrett is truly amazing! I hurt my lower back and within the next day Dr. Garrett was able to see me-thank you Laura! I came into my first visit barely able to stand up straight or move much without hurting. I was able to leave my first visit standing straight and in less pain! Dr. Garrett really takes the time to teach you how to recover fully. I am so glad I found this practice!
