Out of town visitor needing to be checked for possible pneumonia before heading to Grand Canyon. The online scheduling was very fast and I was able to see medical staff right away and given prescription for a cough. Because doctor wanted to be certain I did not have pneumonia, they called ahead and sent me to another next care nearby where I walked in for an immediate X-ray. Within 2 hrs, I received a courtesy call from the doctor checking in and confirming that I did not have pneumonia and could continue our travels. This brought peace of mind that my family and I needed. The medical staff was very kind and efficient. Would highly recommend!
We were traveling out of state when my retired veteran husband began having what appeared to be a heart attack. We stopped at the closest medical option near us at the time. The staff was so kind and quick to rule out a heart attack with EKG. They helped him and I with what turned out to be a very severe panic attack, triggered by current world events. They got him calm enough to transfer to an ER where he could receive further treatment. We are so grateful for the kind, compassionate and timely help we received. Thank you.
I booked a head online and was seeing pretty quickly after arriving. The nurse took me right into the room, reviewed what was going on, then immediately sent in the PA. Medication was immediately sent to the pharmacy, and I picked it up with him 1 hour. Overall it was a really good experience - I'm just having a hard time logging into the patient portal and was not provided with a paper copy of my visit summary, and I cannot access it online
