Am very happy with Doug and the crew from NSC. showed up when scheduled, did the work as promised, and took extra efforts in areas and scratches not accounted for on bid, but no extra charges, just beautiful transformation, Travertine floors look better than they did 8 years ago, when they were first installed.... Simply the best in the Valley when it comes to perfecting natural stone floors! My house’s 34 year old flagstone floors were in need of a refresh to bring them back to perfect. Now they look better than they have ever looked. Thanks to extra care Manny (supervisor) and Chris (on-site team leader) and their highly skilled teams during the three-days it took to get optimal results. I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend‼️

Update 2/4/2026 The tech who arrived this week did an excellent job cleaning and sealing the granite, and the final results were great! While the initial communication was frustrating, the quality of the work and how the situation was ultimately handled are what matter most.
The general manager later reached out personally to apologize and explain what happened. I appreciated the call and accountability, and we'll definitely use them again.
Update 1/29/2026 Apparently the office had no idea about the canceled appointment or any of the comments made. They apologized and rescheduled the job for next week.
