We have near completed a total remodel of our home. I first recommend you choose a reputable general contractor. We had beautiful Italian marble travertine marble flooring, however it required periodic extraction, polishing, grout cleaning, and resealing. we are retired and tired of the maintenance. We chose Moderno Porcelain Works, because we wanted porcelain slabs to minimize grout lines, a natural stone look but no more resealing and easy to care for. We use a steamer upright after vacuuming.
