Bobby from K&R came out to my house to give me a free inspection and advice for a bed bug problem I thought I had. I spoke with him for 10-15 minutes to go over different options for treating the problem and then showed him a picture I took of the insect. Turns out I should have started with the picture. He confirmed that the insect was actually a spider and not a bed bug like I thought. He gave me some solid advice on how to treat the problem myself and didn't charge me anything. This company is amazing. We found lots wasps near our pool and needed professional help. Bobby with K&R Pest Management came out, assessed the situation and provided some options. Open, transparent and very knowledgeable. Wasps are gone! Bobby even did a follow-up to checkin. Thumbs up if you're looking for pest control.
