I had a fantastic experience.I recommend entering from the rear.The front is hard to find so it's best to just skip it and go in from the back.You get the full effect of what awaits you, entering from the back as well.I had Cindy.She provided me with a brief consultation to have an understanding of what I wanted. That is one of the reasons why I chose to come here.She did it very well and she was an expert in the method I was most familiar with.The massage was nice and I'm not particularly into massages.I was unfamiliar with this gradual method of relaxation leading up to the challenge with my head. This place really pampers their clients no matter how simple the service. I came in for a botanical hair treatment and hair trim to start a better routine maintenance of my hair.The facility is gorgeous. The entrance is downstairs with the retail shop and upstairs is the salon. They offered me some refreshing iced tea while I waited for Alyssa, my studio artist, to greet me.I haven't been to a salon in nearly 7 years, but Alyssa was very accommodating and knowledgeable in her answers. Alyssa is amazing! She’s seriously the best if you want your hair done, she tells you what she can do with your type of hair texture and hair color. I went from brown hair to a blonde balayage and I absolutely love it and will be coming back to her each and every time I need my hair done. She’s kind, compassionate, does a great job and gives you what you want.
