I have had two total knee replacements within the period of 2 1/2 months. I feel so fortunate to have this facility as my physical therapy provider. The facility is spotless and the receptionist is so friendly, helpful and supportive. Ryan, my therapist is THE BEST. His approach is individualized to my specific needs and issues. He is totally focused on me, the patient, during the session. Ryan is very skilled and I am amazed how he coaxes a bit more of a bend out of my two reluctant knees. I was referred to Vincent by my PCP after a particularly long period of constant muscle pain. I genuinely can’t thank Vincent enough for everything he has taught me/helped me through with my physical pain journey. He is caring, communicative, patient, adaptable, and extremely well educated. Every single session is beyond useful- he shows me new stretches or exercises to incorporate into my weekly routine to help strengthen and relax the problem areas. Joey is my daughter's therapist and we had been here about a year before. This time was a completely different atmosphere. So welcoming and pleasant. Jolene the receptionist was helpful, nice and professional. She even scheduled over a month of appointments and printed out the page for me to bring home as I am my daughter's ride. Thank you!
