They were assigned to my mom after getting out of acute care and it wasn't a smooth experience. We were given a folder with incomplete information that wasn't readable. Communication and scheduling was a nightmare. We didn't get services that we were told we would receive. However, when the people DID show up, they were very nice and competent and when I posted the initial review, the Director reached out and was overwhelmingly thoughtful and provided follow-through.
