It can be a little bit of hit or miss. The tricking being that you find a barber that has done a great job and stick with them. I prefer a lady named Cindy, she always does a great job.

My last several experiences have been very good. You DEFINITELY want to check in online, especially on the weekend. I went in for my cut and walk ins were being told 75+ minute wait for a cut. The online portal will tell you how long the current wait is and allow you to check in.
