Gold star was able to get me 6 months 0% APR and was able to install a brand new unit the same day. Added on their membership and got my hot water heater drained and checked. At no point was I pressured into the sell. Gave me options to clean a filter and hope for the best with filtration. I decided with a brand new system. Very excited if I see a difference with the water quality moving forward! Adrian and Jake were amazing! Highly recommend using this company for I will be using them for all my plumbing needs moving forward!

Mike Malone hit it out of the park for us again! I called Gold Star this morning, and spoke with Victoria. She helped me schedule an appointment to fix two toilets. Mike Malone was able to make it out to my house much sooner than expected. He inspected the toilets and I mentioned that I was having a new fridge delivered. We have previously needed to change each angle stop we've come across because they're all messed up. He asked about the angle stop behind the fridge and I didn't even know there was one there. I asked him to take a side quest and check on it. Sure enough, it was messed up. I asked if he had the time and supplies to replace it for me. He literally saved me because the new fridge arrived 5 minutes after he replaced the angle stop. The fridge delivery driver said that he wouldn't have been able to deliver the fridge without Mike. He has blessed our lives repeatedly! He fixed my running toilets, chatted with me and was so gracious while I had to run around dealing with everything else. He's a true rock star and I am sooo beyond grateful! Gold Star is absolutely the best plumbing company and I highly recommend them! They'll treat you like family!
