I’ve been coming to F45 Tempe Town Lake for 3 years now, and I can’t recommend it enough. The coaches are incredible—they are so engaging, fun, and know exactly how to push me to lift harder and show up for myself every single day. Shout out to my girl, Kylie!
The schedule is perfect for hitting all my fitness goals: strength days on Tues/Thurs/Sun, cardio on Mon/Wed, and awesome hybrid classes on Fri/Sat. It checks off all the boxes for me. Beyond the amazing workouts, it is just a fantastic community to be a part of. If you’re looking for great vibes and real results, this is the place!
Coach Oz is an exceptional trainer. Having been to many different class style gyms, I in particular enjoyed coach Oz’s attention to form, and the mind body connection. I appreciated his form corrections, and his ability to push us to try harder and to get better. I visited from out of town, and wish that I had Coach Oz and the F 45 gym close to home!
Was in town for work, so needed a place to workout. Coach Oz welcomed me and my coworkers like we were regulars. I’d never done F45 before, but I had such a great experience that I’m looking for F45s in my area. Highly recommend.
