I was introduced to this place by a friend. I was able to try classes for a week. After my week trial I decided to purchase a membership. This gym is great! I always leave feeling like I got a good workout and I'm constantly getting stronger! It's a mix of cardio and strength, coach Peyton and Stacy continually motivate me and perfect my form throughout class. They also offer a body composition measurement that helps me track my progress. Looking forward to reaching my personal goals with F45.
