The best $130 spent! I can't say enough good things about Kathy! After each session, my body feels amazing – my lower back, knees and shoulder all have improved so much. Mike is incredibly skilled and really listens to my needs, tailoring each stretch perfectly. The whole experience is always relaxing and professional. If you're looking to feel great, I highly recommend giving them a try!
When I first started going to Kathy and Mike I was completely debilitated due to chronic health symptoms. After 5 months I was able to return to full time work. 11 months after I started working with them I was able to balance full time work and started exercising regularly without my chronic illness symptoms flaring up. Now, 18 months later, I still maintain my ongoing wellbeing with consistent appointments that are scheduled around my life - Kathy and Mike brought me back to life.
I went to Mike after months of PT barely made a difference in my neck and shoulder pain. His sacro cranial work was a game changer. The release of tension was profound.
