Shawn was great, explained our options and did a great job walking us through the process. He provided us a temporary unit and we are looking forward to our install on Friday! Very pleasant and fair.
Tim was like a tour guide walking us through the HVAC selection process. He was very informative and helped us make an educated decision on which unit to purchase that would meet our needs. Can’t say enough positive remarks. Definitely would recommend him and Collins Comfort Masters on selecting a new HVAC system.
The installation crew did a great job. Explained system use and who to call if there are any problems or concerns. They made sure we saw the work done, cleaned up after they finished and stayed to answer any questions- very professional team - Cirillo and Edgar. Thank you for a great job you did!

You guys install a new compressor yesterday and now it's turning off and on you cou l here it on but not blowing air and I only have had it for 19 months and you guys couldn't come and check it today with a 2 year baby 7 month old I think that's not right
