I called about 8:30 am. Lou helped me and was very pleasant. Stacy was also very friendly and helpful. She set up the appointment. By 12:30p we had a new water heater! And hot water! Installed by Lou . He gave us Great service I would highly recommend City Wide Plumbing and Lou.

Great experience with City Wide Plumbing. I called the company after having a repair done by another company that didn't do the job correctly. Steve was quick to respond to my inquiry and was able to come out to give me a quote the same day. He was professional through & through, taking time to answer any questions (and I had a few) about what needed to be done & the best way to do it. I felt comfortable with his answers and he said he would send me an estimate by the following day. Steve communicated with me by phone & text and was prompt in replying to my messages. Had a broken outdoor tap that was wasting water constantly in the yard. They arrived with the right parts, replaced the tap head and checked the surrounding pipe for damage. The technician was straightforward and didn’t overcomplicate anything. Everything stopped leaking immediately after repair. Clean finish, no mess left behind. Would call again.
