I called about 8:30 am. Lou helped me and was very pleasant. Stacy was also very friendly and helpful. She set up the appointment. By 12:30p we had a new water heater! And hot water! Installed by Lou . He gave us Great service I would highly recommend City Wide Plumbing and Lou.

I have mixed feelings about this review. The plumber who did our work was cordial, professional and competent. The work appears to be done properly and certainly was done efficiently. The final cost was precisely in line with the estimate given to us before the work was started. We did approve the estimate, but we had no idea how long the work would take. We were charged about five hundred dollars an hour. That seems like a lot of money. I think they took advantage of our immediate need. To add insult to injury, we were given the opportunity to add a tip when paying with our credit card. Despite our approval of the work done, we will not be using City Wide again.
