I booked an appointment online a few days in advance which was super easy. This was my first stop after my flight into Phoenix. They kindly let me store my luggage behind the front desk. Mahala was my stylist and she did an amazing job turning my long, sad hair into a layered masterpiece. I’ve never loved a haircut so much! I highly recommend this salon. Everyone was friendly and welcoming!
Loooved it! I am a naturally a bit anxious as a person, but everyone at Bishops put me at ease. They were very understanding and professional. Ligeia was so kind throughout our appointment and--despite any vague or muddled explanations--helped put my ideas into words and action. She did an amazing job giving my advice for my hair, and the color turned out beautifully. Any hiccups were quickly resolved.
4/21/26 Update: I went back again with Nuri to get a layered haircut, and they were the first person to NAIL the vibe I wanted and get it close to the pictures. They were so sweet and patient! I'll definitely keep coming :p

I got sooooo many compliments on my hair! I usually am very nervous to meet a new stylist, but Nuri was the sweetest & made me feel very comfortable. Can’t wait to get another haircut😍 ALSOOO the space is so welcoming - def a safe space 🏳️🌈
