I have worked with Bayada several times to assist with my father’s care during travel. I have found the office staff to be extremely nice and caring, and very responsive to our needs. The caregivers are also very good; some need a bit of help understanding how to perform some tasks, but all are willing and able to do a great job. I will continue to work with Bayada for my caregiving needs and highly recommend them.

I work for Bayada and it has been one of the best healthcare companies I’ve ever worked for. The entire staff is awesome, many hours, great pay and benefits. I work at the Bayada in Tempe AZ and I highly recommend this company to all healthcare workers. I have been blessed to work here at bayada. Mike c. Is wonderful. Even when I call him ten times a day for shifts. The clientele is diverse in many ways. I learn something each and everyday with the poeple I work with also. I am paid well. Most companies want to pay minimum wage. I cannot believe companies want to pay that and expect their employees to stick around. Not bayada they pay is above average. And if you are good at your job, you are kept busy. There is no such thing as a perfect company. But this company comes pretty darn close. After working in this field for 25 years I am finally getting paid what I'm worth.
