I am not a fan of how their plan works. Yet again, it's hard to find inexpensive care for your fur baby.

Banfield’s insurance policy generally more expensive than other pet policies but this site always has appointments available and isnt backed up for months like other spots. Staff are always friendly and vets are well educated and care for my pet the way I need.

I brought my very anxious 12 year old cat to this Banfield location in Tempe 8/3/24 and had a very positive experience with the entire staff. Dr. Semon, Marissa, and Lindsay were so pleasant and patient throughout the process. My pet Chica Cheetah is really is a challenge to get into the carrier and travel to a veterinarian clinic by the time we arrived the staff was just wonderful! Marissa, even to the time to listen and console me when I shared the recent sudden passing of my beloved cat Valencia in April this year.
