Banfield Pet Hospital in Tempe provides quality and attentive health and wellness care for dogs, cats, and small animals. The veterinarians and staff are committed to promoting responsible pet ownership and preventive health care. They offer a range of general services, including routine vaccinations, microchipping, dental and surgical care, and more. The staff are always friendly and the vets are well educated and care for pets the way owners need. The entire staff is pleasant and patient, providing a very positive experience. While their wellness plan can be expensive, the hospital has affordable wellness plans and offers inexpensive care. The staff is kind and takes the time to listen, making pet owners feel cared for.
Banfield on McClintock has been a great experience for me. The 4 ☆ stars goes go to all the staff. Thank you so much for your help, kindness, and patience.
I am not a fan of how their plan works. Yet again, it's hard to find inexpensive care for your fur baby.
Banfield’s insurance policy generally more expensive than other pet policies but this site always has appointments available and isnt backed up for months like other spots. Staff are always friendly and vets are well educated and care for my pet the way I need.
I brought my very anxious 12 year old cat to this Banfield location in Tempe 8/3/24 and had a very positive experience with the entire staff. Dr. Semon, Marissa, and Lindsay were so pleasant and patient throughout the process. My pet Chica Cheetah is really is a challenge to get into the carrier and travel to a veterinarian clinic by the time we arrived the staff was just wonderful! Marissa, even to the time to listen and console me when I shared the recent sudden passing of my beloved cat Valencia in April this year.
