Love the people there, just wish it was easier to call a certain office. I needed to change my appointment for this next week, and it showed online that the Chandler office open, but when I called, it said office was closed... ?
The team at Aspire made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in the door! After horrible service from other clinics around the Valley, I was in tears at how kind and intentional the service was here. The receptionists, nurses, and clinicians were thorough and made sure I felt seen and heard. Everything you could want in a clinic like this! Is it weird that I look forward to appointments every two weeks?!
The visit started good but when I went to leave the person in the front desk refused to schedule my next infusion until I called for the referral authorization dates but I wasn't aware I was suppose to do that sort of thing as a patient. It upset me very much that I had to call insurance for something when I was assured that it would be handled before treatment started.
