I contacted Rite Way plumbing because of a water leak at my house. I called them Tuesday afternoon and a technician/plumber , Todd McGriff, was there the next morning. He was very professional, informative and personable. After discussing various options with me, we decided on a plan, a solution to my leak problem. I was put on their work schedule for the very next day which impressed me!
Todd was articulate and clear when discussing options and pros and cons of each. A good experience.
Best plumbing company around! They installed all new plumbing to our new build casita. They are honest, show up when they say they will and follow thru. All inspections passed with flying colors and, above all, very personable and kind folks.
I had a major leak in my front yard. API was prompt in getting someone to repair it. After the initial repair, new leaks were observed. David returned the next day to take care of the leaks.
